The Parents Portal allows you to keep track of your children’s profiles, view their enrolled subjects, grades, academic progress, tuition fee balance, and clearance status.
You can also read institutional announcements and pay for outstanding fees through the portal.If you’re a new and unregistered parent or guardian, follow these steps to create your account:
- Go to BEStAR.
- Click Don’t have an account? Create One.
- Fill out all required fields, then read and agree to the Data Privacy Policy before proceeding.
- Enter the verification code sent to your registered email address, or click the activation link provided.
- Log in to your Parents Portal account using your username and password.
Activate your account within 24 hours. If you’re unable to activate your account within this period, request a new activation link by clicking Activate now on the login page.If you already have an account and have forgotten your password, follow these steps:
- Go to BEStAR.
- Click Forgot Password. A password reset link will be sent to your registered email address.
- Follow the instructions to create a new password.
- Log in to your Parents Portal account using your username and new password.
