View Clearance through the Parents Portal

You can view your child’s clearance information through the Parents Portal. Follow these steps to check their accountabilities and current clearance status.

  1. Go to BEStAR.
  2. Log in to your Parents Portal account using your username and password.
  3. On the left side of the page, click Dashboard.
  4. Select the Accountabilities tile.

You will see the departments, pending clearance, and accomplishment dates.
