Welcome to Benilde! As Benildeans, there are accounts and websites that you will always use and have access to get the most out of your work life at Benilde. Here they are:
Infonet Account
Once employed at Benilde, you’ll get an Infonet and Google Workspace account. You’ll receive an email containing your account details before your engagement starts. This is sent to the email address that you used during your application. Once you receive your account, the first thing you need to do is try it. You can test your Google Workspace account in Gmail.
The password for both accounts is the same. Learn how to change your password by going to this link.
Use your Infonet account to access the following:

WeBenilde
Read personnel manuals and access links and resources from different centers.

BigSky
Benilde’s official learning management system. As a faculty member, this is where you can post announcements and communicate with your students, upload lessons and class activities, and check and grade student submissions.
Associates can use BigSky to attend online courses they signed up for or to set up online training and workshops.

Online Ratings
View your LATCH, PARF, PAF, and Peer evaluation results.

Library System
Look for, reserve, and borrow books online and view your library account records.

Microsoft 365
Download and use Microsoft 365 apps for free. Use your Infonet account followed by @benilde.edu.ph (juandelacruz@benilde.edu.ph) and your Infonet password to log in.

Computer Stations in Libraries and Laboratories
Log in to your Infonet account to use computer stations.

Campus Wi-Fi
Connect to Benilde-WiFi and log in using your Infonet account to access the Internet.
You can access these when you have an active Infonet account. If you’re no longer a Benilde employee, you will also lose access to these along with other Benilde apps and websites that use your Infonet account credentials. Files saved in your account will also be deleted.
Google Workspace Account
Your Google Workspace account uses the same password as your Infonet account. Google Workspace is a collection of collaboration and productivity tools that includes Gmail (internally called BMail, which stands for Benilde Mail), Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. Your account comes with 20 GB of storage space. This includes the storage used by files in your Drive and BMail. Announcements, enrollment schedules, and advisories from different Benilde centers are sent to your BMail, so always check your inbox. You use your Google Workspace account to attend/facilitate online classes or training, answer Benilde forms, and view Google Drive files only accessible to Benildeans.
Use your Google Workspace account to access the following:

Traverse
View your personal information and attendance records both online and on campus, and access services from the People and Organization Development Office. Your initial password for Traverse is your ID Number.

BEStAR
Encode, save, submit, and print your student’s Midterm and Final grades. Click Log in with Google to access your account.

Adobe Creative Cloud
If you’re an associate with an Adobe Creative Cloud subscription (for example, a faculty member teaching a course using an Adobe app), you can access your subscription using your Google Workspace account. Your Adobe subscription is active as long as you’re employed at Benilde and your work requires using it.

Zoom Pro
You also use this account to log in and use a licensed Zoom version, which allows you to organize and set up meetings.
Just like your Infonet account, your Google Workspace account is only active as long as you’re employed at Benilde. All the files and data in your account will be deleted a month after the last day of your engagement. Hence, you should only use this account strictly for Benilde-related activities and communications. Don't use it on websites and apps for personal use (social media, bank account). Always back up your files on your device.
Your accounts are deactivated or deleted when you don't have a current teaching load or when you resign from Benilde.
