Once you have paid the confirmation fee and submitted the enrollment requirements in person, you may proceed with enrollment.
Follow these steps to do this:
- After submitting the complete admission and enrollment requirements to the Office of the Registrar, you will have your ID picture taken.
- You will receive an email with your Infonet and Benilde Google account credentials. Log in to your account and change your password within 7 working days. You will use this to access different systems and apps during your stay in Benilde.
- You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar if your temporary student enrollment record (SER) is ready for viewing and printing in BEStAR. To sign in, click Log in with Google and type your Benilde Google account credentials.
- If you’re a full scholar, you only need to pay Php 2,000.00, which covers the token fee. If you’re a partial scholar, your tuition and fees will be based on the amount covered by your scholarship.
- To proceed with enrollment, pay your tuition and fees through BEStAR. Payment confirms enrollment, so make sure to pay on time. You can settle this in 15 working days after receiving your SER.
- If you’re encountering problems paying through BEStAR, you can pay through over-the-counter or online banking options.
- Have your ID picture taken. You can do this on the same day that you submit your enrollment requirements. Make sure to wear corporate, smart casual, or a collared top. You will be asked to remove your eyeglasses, earrings, and any facial piercings when taking the picture.
Please note that IDs will only be printed once tuition payment has been confirmed. The Office of the Registrar will send the claiming schedule through your Benilde email account.
- Complete your medical requirements. Read the medical guidelines to know the forms and tests you must complete. This is required for all incoming students and will be part of your clearance.
