Welcome to Benilde! As Benildeans, there are accounts and websites that you will always use and access to get the most out of your student life in Benilde. Here they are:
Infonet Account
Once you enroll in Benilde, you’ll get an Infonet and Google Workspace account. You’ll receive an email containing the account details before classes start. This is sent to the email address that you used during your application. Once you receive your account, the first thing you need to do is to try it. Test if your Infonet account is working in the Benilde Student Information System. You can test your Google Workspace account in Gmail.
The password for both accounts is the same. Learn how to change your password by going to this link. Make sure to set your recovery email address now so you can easily reset your password in the future in case you forget it.
Use your Infonet account to access the following:
Student Information System (SIS)
Read announcements and information posted by the Office of the Registrar. Enroll, adjust courses, view your student enrollment and clearance records, and official grades.
Benilde’s official learning management system, view class activities, receive announcements from your teachers and submit assignments and projects.
Assess and evaluate your teachers.
Look for, reserve, and borrow books online and view your library account records.
Download and use Microsoft 365 apps for free. Use your Infonet account followed by @benilde.edu.ph (juandelacruz@benilde.edu.ph) and your Infonet password to log in.
Computer Stations in Libraries and Laboratories
Log in to your Infonet account to use computer stations.
Campus Wi-Fi
Connect to Benilde-WiFi and log in using your Infonet account to access the Internet.
You can access these when you have an active Infonet account. If you’re not enrolled or have already graduated from Benilde, you will lose access to these along with other Benilde apps and websites that use your Infonet account credentials.
If you have problems accessing your Infonet account, contact Helpdesk.
Google Workspace Account
Your Google Workspace account uses the same password as your Infonet account. Google Workspace is a collection of collaboration and productivity tools that includes Gmail (internally called BMail, which stands for Benilde Mail), Calendar, Meet, Chat, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Sites, and more. Your account comes with 20 GB of storage space. This includes the storage used by files in your Drive and BMail. Announcements, enrollment schedules, and advisories from different Benilde centers are sent to your BMail, so always check your inbox. You use your Google Workspace account to attend online classes or training, answer Benilde forms, and view Google Drive files only accessible to Benildeans.
Adobe Creative Cloud
If you’re a student in the School of Arts, Culture, and Performance, School of Environment and Design, School of New Media Arts, SMIT- Interactive Entertainment and Multimedia Computing, or SDEAS- Bachelor in Applied Deaf Studies, you can access your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription using your Google Workspace account. Your Adobe subscription is active when you’re enrolled during the term.
Just like your Infonet account, your Google Workspace account is only active as long as you’re enrolled in Benilde. All the files and data in your account will be deleted one term after you graduate. Hence, you should only use this account strictly for Benilde-related activities and communications. Don't use it on websites and apps for personal use (social media, bank account). Always backup your files on your device.
If you have problems accessing your Google Workspace account, contact Helpdesk.
Your accounts are deactivated/deleted when you're not enrolled and once you graduate.
