After confirming your slot, enrollment is the final step to officially become a Benildean. Follow these steps once you have received an email confirming you’re admitted and may proceed with enrollment:
- You’ll receive an email with your Infonet and Benilde Google account credentials. Change your password upon receiving this. You will use this to access different systems and apps during your stay in Benilde.
Your password for your Infonet and Benilde Google accounts is the same. Once you have a Benilde account, all emails and announcements will be sent to your @benilde.edu.ph email.
- Upload scanned copies of your Affidavit of Undertaking and Enrollment Contract through the Requirements Submission Form for temporary SER (with courses and assessment) processing.
- Your documents will be reviewed and verified. You will receive an email from the Office of the Registrar if your temporary student enrollment record (SER) is ready for viewing and printing in BEStAR. To sign in, click Log in with Google and type your Benilde Google account credentials.
- Pay your tuition and fees in BEStAR. You can choose your preferred payment plan and method. You’ll receive a confirmation once this is successful, which will trigger the processing of your final SER (with final courses, schedules, and assessment).
- Submit the original physical documents to the Office of the Registrar, Taft Campus, Second Floor. If there are requirements that you can’t submit yet, fill out the Affidavit of Undertaking form included in the requirements checklist. The Office of the Registrar is open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM, and is closed on holidays and announced class suspensions.

Have your ID picture taken at the Office of the Registrar - Taft Campus. You can do this on the same day that you submit your enrollment requirements. During the picture-taking:
- Wear corporate attire, smart casual clothing, or a collared top
- Remove eyeglasses, earrings, and facial piercings
Note that IDs will only be printed once payment has been confirmed. The Office of the Registrar will send the claiming schedule through your Benilde Google account.- Complete your medical requirements. Read the medical guidelines to know the forms and tests you must complete. This is required for all incoming students and will be part of your clearance.
- Fill out and submit the Benilde Well-Being Center (BWC) Student Personal Information Form 1 (SPIF1). This is required for your initial interview with BWC.
- Attend the student orientation by joining INTERAKTIV and going through the modules on the INTERAKTIV website. INTERAKTIV is a CSBLIFE-accredited activity.
- Check the calendar of activities to know when classes start. Get ready and prepare for your first day as a Benildean. To enter the school in your first week, present your student enrollment record and official receipt to the guards at the campus entrance.
