Once you have paid the confirmation fee, you may proceed with enrollment. Follow these steps:
- You’ll receive an email with your Infonet and Benilde Google account credentials. Change your password upon receiving this. You will use this to access different systems and apps during your stay in Benilde.
Your password for your Infonet and Benilde Google accounts is the same. Once you have a Benilde account, all emails and announcements will be sent to your @benilde.edu.ph email.
- Submit the document requirements to the Office of the Registrar. If there are requirements that you can’t submit yet, fill out the Affidavit of Undertaking form included in the requirements checklist.
- Have your ID picture taken. You can do this on the same day that you submit your enrollment requirements. Make sure to wear corporate, smart casual, or a collared top. You will be asked to remove your eyeglasses, earrings, and any facial piercings when taking the picture. Alternatively, you can submit your picture through the Benilde ID Card Application form.
- Your documents will be reviewed and verified. You will receive an email if your student enrollment record (SER) is ready for viewing and printing in BEStAR. To sign in, click Log in with Google and type your Benilde Google account credentials.
- Pay your tuition and fees in BEStAR. You can choose your preferred payment plan and method. You’ll receive a confirmation once this is successful.
- Attend the student orientation by joining INTERAKTIV and going through the modules on the INTERAKTIV website. INTERAKTIV is a CSBLIFE-accredited activity.

- Complete your medical requirements. Read the medical guidelines to know the forms and tests you must complete. This is required for all incoming students and will be part of your clearance.
- Check the calendar of activities to know when classes start. Get ready and prepare for your first day as a Benildean. To enter the school on your first week, present your student enrollment record and official receipt to the guards at the campus entrance.
IDs are only printed if the tuition fee is paid. The Office of the Registrar will email the schedule for claiming it so always check your inbox.
