Once you’re satisfied with your agent after testing it and have verified the results, activate it so it can automatically monitor and message students based on your settings.
You can enable the agent in 2 ways:
- While creating or editing, tick Agent is enabled before saving.
- From the Agent List page, select the agent and click Enable above the list.
