Follow these steps if you’re an incoming Grade 11 student and want to apply to Benilde Senior High School. Check the Admission Schedule to know if applications are ongoing.
How do I apply?
Register for an Account
- Go to the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde Application Portal.
- Create an account by clicking Register.
- Type your Name and Email. The email address you indicated will be used as your login ID.
- Click Continue.
- Your login credentials will be sent to your email. If it’s not in your Inbox, check the Spam folder.
Use your personal email address and make sure it’s active and valid. Emails associated with your school are usually deactivated when you’re no longer enrolled. If you use this, you might not be able to access your account.
Fill out the form
- To start your application, click the + New Application button.
- For the Application Type, choose Senior High School.
- For the Admission Year, click AY 2025- 2026.
- For Program Type, choose your preferred track (e.g. Benilde Senior High School-ADS). In compliance with the BID permit and related government issuances, international students can’t apply to the STEM track.
- For Term, choose Term 1.

Fill out the form and upload the following documents in the portal. Type NA for fields that are not applicable (for example, if you don’t have a family member working in Benilde, type NA for the Family Member Working in Benilde field).
- Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Birth Certificate or birth certificate or family register (for international applicants)
- Benilde Recommendation Form accomplished and signed by the school representative

Submit whichever is applicable. Only vouchers submitted during application will be processed. If this is not available, submit the signed Benilde DepEd Grant Waiver and Declaration Form.
- Educational Service Contracting (ESC) Program Certificate
- Qualified Voucher Applicant (QVA)
- For Public School Completers, submit a report card with Learner Reference Number (LRN).
- JHS Benilde Secondary Scholastic Record accomplished and signed by the school registrar
- Developmental History Form (for applicants with specific education needs applicants) or SLN/PEN Waiver (for other applicants)

Additional requirements for international students or dual citizens:
- Valid Passport – bio page and stamp of latest arrival page
- Valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACR I-CARD)
- Valid Identification Card for SIRV, SRRV, and PRA holders
- Identification Certificate or Certificate of Recognition for Dual Citizens and Non-native born
- Applicants who studied abroad are required to submit a Certificate of Eligibility for admission to Grade 11 from the Curriculum Implementation Department (CID) of the Department of Education (DepEd) located at Manila Education Center, Administration Building People’s Park, AJ Villegas St. Ermita, Manila.
- Proof of admission fee payment (bank payment slip)
- Check your answers in the form. Once it’s done, click Submit.
If you’re not yet ready to submit the form or if there are other documents you still need to gather, click the Save button to save any progress you made. You can log in next time and finish the form by clicking Continue Applying.
Pay Application Fee
After submitting your application, pay the non-refundable admission processing fee to your preferred Admissions Payment Channel. You can also pay this on the De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde Application Portal once you have completed the online application form.
- Php 800.00 for Filipino or Dual Citizen with a valid Philippine Passport
- Php 3,000.00 for International applicants
Take BEE
You’ll get a confirmation email for your online Benilde Entrance Exam (BEE) schedule. Take the BEE pretest using the account and link sent to your email to familiarize yourself with the website and test environment. Take the BEE on the confirmed schedule.
Become a Benildean
Check your results in the portal after 15 working days. If you’re accepted, confirm by paying the reservation fee. This will be deducted from the total tuition and fees upon enrollment. You will receive separate guidelines for confirmation and enrollment.
