If you’re having trouble accessing the Bigsky Benilde and or unable to load all your courses properly or dropbox assignment submission, please try the options below before submitting a ticket.
1. Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Access BigSky using an Incognito window or other browsers. We recommend Opera if the site is not loading “My Courses Widget” and “Dropbox.”
3. Unplug or reset your DSL, cable, or router. Please wait for 2 minutes before turning it on.
4. Use a different connection or ISP to access it, if possible.
5. Use another computer or device.
