Report Damaged or Compromised Device

Send a message to Benilde Technical Support or submit a ticket to Helpdesk to report any damaged or compromised device in your office, classroom, or computer laboratory. You will need to submit an incident report. 

The cause and extent of the damage will be investigated. Repair or replacement costs will be settled based on the result of the investigation.
