Report Connection Problems
If you’re having problems with the internet connection in your office, classroom, or computer laboratory, check your email for any systems advisory from the Digital Technology Office (DTO). If the DTO issued an advisory regarding systems maintenance or network problems, it might take some time to address this. Wait for an advisory indicating that the issue is already resolved.
If the DTO did not send an advisory, send a message to the Benilde Technical Support page.
