Reactivate Infonet Account
Your Infonet account is the key to accessing Benilde websites and services such as BigSky and SIS.
Your account is activated when you enroll and settle your tuition fees on time. Your account will be deactivated when you pay late or if you have a pending clearance record that you need to settle. Your account is also deactivated when you’re on leave of absence (LOA) or in absence without leave (AWOL).
Once you have settled your fees and clearances, submit a ticket to Helpdesk to reactivate your account.
If you were on LOA or AWOL, go to the Office of the Registrar first to reactivate your status, then submit a ticket to Helpdesk to reactivate your account.
Your account is activated when you are employed in Benilde. Your account will be deactivated when your engagement with Benilde ends, such as for part-time faculty who did not have a teaching load.
If you’re currently employed in Benilde and can’t access your Infonet account, submit a ticket to Helpdesk.
