If you need someone to talk to the Benilde Well-Being Center (BWC) is staffed with licensed and highly skilled counselors who are ready to listen.
How can I schedule a counseling session?
The first step is to fill up the Client Information Form. This will provide them with the information they need to help you better. All information you put in the form is strictly confidential and is protected by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), the Guidance and Counseling Act (RA 9258), the Mental Health Act (RA 11036), and the Psychology Law (RA 10029).
A counselor will contact you via email to set the counseling session schedule.
How will the counseling sessions be conducted?
Counseling sessions will be conducted online via doxy.me, Zoom, or Google Meet. You will need a device with a camera and internet connection such as a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop.
How long is a counseling session?
A counseling session usually lasts from 30 minutes to one hour. If you require more than one session, you and your counselor will discuss and arrange this.
What if I need a longer counseling session?
Back-to-back sessions are not allowed. Your next session will be discussed and arranged with your counselor.
