You can view your child’s records by creating an account in the Parents Portal.

Create an account

Follow these steps to create an account in the Parents Portal:

1. Open your web browser and go to https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/parents.
2. In Account Login, click New User? (create account).

3. Fill out all the required information. Take note of the email address you indicated; this will be your username in the Parents Portal later on. Once done, click Create.

4. Go to your email and check if you received a message confirming your registration. The initial password is included in the email.
5. Congratulations! You have successfully created your account. Log in and change your password right away since the password will expire in 24 hours

Change your password

1. Go back to the Parents Portal and log in using your email address and the initial password sent to you.
2. The website will prompt you to change your password. Type the initial password and your new preferred password.

3. Click Save. When you login again, you can now use your new password.

Subscribe to a student

To view your child’s records, you need to create a subscription. You can subscribe to students currently enrolled in Benilde. To create a subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Parents Portal.
2. Click Subscriptions, then choose Subscribe.

3. Fill out all the required information. Ask your child/the student for the details you are not familiar with. Note that for the O.R. No. and O.R. Date, you can use any official receipt issued by Benilde under the student’s name.

4. Click Subscribe. You will see a dialog box informing you that the student needs to grant you permission first before you can become their subscriber. This is in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
5. Click OK. This will send an email to the student informing them of your subscription request. You will receive an email once the student approved your subscription. You can talk to your child or the student so you can get the request approved right away.

Note that each student can only have two subscribers. Scholars are required to assign one subscription slot to the Center for Scholarships and Grant as they need to view their grades for scholarship retention.

In compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Benilde cannot intervene or force anyone of legal age to disclose their personal information and data without their permission.

View student’s grades

Once your subscription request has been approved, you can already view your child/ the student’s grade. To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Parents Portal.
2. Click View Student Record and choose View Grades.

3. Click Show/Hide Grades beside the Student Name column.
4. This will show the student’s midterm and final grades for the recent four enrollments.

View and print class schedule and tuition fee

If you want to know your child’s current class schedule and the current or next semester’s tuition fee, you can view their Student Enrollment Record (SER). To do this, follow these steps:

1. Log in to the Parents Portal.
2. Click View Student Record and choose View Student Enrollment Record.
3. Click Show/Hide Record beside the Student Name column.
4. This will show the student’s enrollment record.
5. If you want to print the SER, click the Print button.

Aside from this, you can also use the Payment Terms Calculator under the Official Assessment Summary to get a computation for full, installment, and deferred payment of fees.

View clearance record

If your child cannot enroll for the succeeding semester, they might have unpaid fees or pending clearance records. You can view this in the Parents Portal by following these steps:

1. Log in to the Parents Portal.
2. Click View Student Record and choose View Clearance.

3. Click Show/Hide Clearance beside the Student Name column.
4. This will show if the student has any pending clearance record.

Log out of the Parents Portal

To log out, click the Logout button at the Right top side of the screen beside your name.

You can always go back and log in to the Parents Portal as long as your child is enrolled in Benilde.
