You can reset your password in three ways:
If you are on-campus and using one of the school’s computers (such as the terminal at the DTO) just press and hold down the following keys: CTRL+ALT+DELETE. That will bring you to the task manager which will include a button for changing your password.
If you have a designated alternate email in the Student or Associate portal, you can reset the password yourself by going to the Benilde Self-Service Password Management System located at https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/password.
Click on RESET PASSWORD. In the appropriate field enter your Infonet account and your designated secondary/personal email address then click on SUBMIT.
A computer-generated password will be sent to your secondary account so long as your Infonet account is active.
Send an email to the Helpdesk
You can ask for assistance from the Helpdesk by sending an email to email@example.com using your designated secondary/personal email. Within the day you will receive a reply containing a computer-generated password.
