Your BigSky log in is the same as your Infonet log in. Make sure that you typed in your username and password correctly. Mistyping either your username or password, such as placing a blank space at the beginning or end or capitalization when there shouldn’t be would prevent you from logging in. If you are still unable to log in, here are your options:
Your password has expired
If you are having difficulty logging in because your password has expired you can reset your password by going to https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/password. For step-by-step instructions read the article found here.
You just want to change your password
If your password has not expired but you want to change it anyway, you can also do it by going to https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/password. For step-by-step instructions read the article found here.
You still can’t log in
If you feel confident about your Infonet credentials or if you already tried to change or reset your password and it still doesn’t work, you can also send an email to ithelpdesk@benilde.edu.ph. Be sure to indicate in your email that you are having difficulty logging in to BigSky and let them know what troubleshooting steps you have already taken and your login issue will be resolved immediately.
