By default, all Infonet users are required (and prompted) to change their password every 90-days. The exact date varies depending on the last time you changed your password. A notification will be sent to your Benilde Mail account before the scheduled password expiration (which is 30 days, 14 days, and 7 days). If you fail to change your password before it expires, you will need to reset it instead.
You can change your password in three ways:
On-Campus
If you are on-campus and using one of the school’s computers (such as the terminal at the DTO) just press and hold down the following keys: CTRL+ALT+DELETE. That will bring you to the task manager which will include a button for changing your password.
Self-Service
You can change the password yourself by going to the Benilde Self-Service Password Management System located at https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/password. This is the recommended method for remote access.

Click on CHANGE PASSWORD. In the appropriate field enter your Infonet account and your current password, then click on AUTHENTICATE.

Once authenticated you will be brought to the window where you can change your password.
- Type your current password in the text field.
- Type in your new password in the second text field. Make sure it is at least eight (8) characters long with at least one (1) special character, at least one (1) uppercase letter, and at least one (1) number.
- Retype your new password in the third text field.
- Click on the CHANGE PASSWORD button.

Your password is successfully changed. You may now login using the new password.
Submit a ticket to Helpdesk
You can submit a ticket to the helpdesk for assistance. Within the day you will receive a reply containing a computer-generated password. You may receive an email with instructions on changing your password via the self-service portal as that method is the one that is highly recommended by DTO.
