How can I get an Infonet account?

An Infonet account is created and given to all members of the Benildean community so long as you are:

  • a student who is currently enrolled in any course offered by Benilde
  • a faculty member with a teaching load for the term
  • an associate who is currently employed by Benilde

There are two parts to your Infonet credentials – they are the USERNAME and PASSWORD.

  • For students, the username is your ID number.
  • For faculty and associates, the username is your last name followed by initials.

The initial password is computer-generated. You are strongly advised to change the initial password assigned by going to the Benilde Self-Service Password Management System located at https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/password.

For Students

New Students

New students are handled by the Admissions office. If you are a new student, your Infonet credentials will be emailed to your designated alternate/personal email address upon confirmation of your enrollment.

Returning Students

Returning students are handled by the Registrar’s Office. If you are a returning student, this means that you already have an existing Infonet account. Your account will be activated when you complete the requirements set by the Registrar’s Office. If you have forgotten your password and you cannot recall your designated personal email account, please email helpdesk@benilde.edu.ph to request a password reset.

SPaCE Students

Students who are enrolled in the School for Professionals and Continuing Education (SPaCE) are exclusively handled by SPaCE. Your Infonet credentials will be sent to your designated personal email address when you have completed the enrollment requirements.

If you still haven’t received your Infonet credentials and you are sure that your requirements are complete, please send an email to your SPaCE coordinator.

Faculty and Associates

New Faculty and Associates

If you are a new faculty member or associate, your Infonet credentials will be emailed to your designated alternate/personal email address upon endorsement from the People and Organization Development Office (PODO) that you are officially an employee of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.

Returning Faculty and Consultants

Part-time Faculty and Consultants are employed for a fixed period (per term or per year). The Infonet account will be deactivated after your last working day.

Once you are rehired by Benilde, your Infonet account will be reactivated upon confirmation from the People and Organization Development Office (PODO) of your employment status. If you have forgotten your password and you cannot recall your designated personal email account, please email helpdesk@benilde.edu.ph to request a password reset.
