Get Technical Support

Are you experiencing technical issues or do you simply need assistance? Follow these steps to request technical support:

  1. Open a browser and go to chatting.page/benildetechsupport.
  2. If you’re in a classroom, click the desktop shortcut for Technical Assistance.
  3. Type your concern and click Send.
  4. Type your BMail account (@benilde.edu.ph).
  5. Choose between Hybrid classroom-related concerns or Technical support (hardware-related concerns) and click Send.
  6. You can expect a reply from us shortly. Our live chat service is open from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
