How to Get Grades from BigSky:

1. BigSky Benilde LOG IN < Select Course

• Log in to the BigSky Benilde site:

URL Address: http://bigsky.benilde.edu.ph

Username and Password: Benilde infonet account information.

• Select your course on the homepage.

2. ASSESSMENT < GRADES

• Click on ASSESSMENT and select GRADES from the main navigation bar. 

3. ENTER GRADES < FINAL ADJUSTED GRADES < GRADE ALL

• Select ENTER GRADES from the navigation bar for spreadsheet view.
• Click on the arrow down button beside FINAL ADJUSTED GRADES and select GRADE ALL

4. FINAL CALCULATED / FINAL ADJUSTED GRADE < GRADE SCHEME < BENILDE SCHEME

• Make sure the Grade Scheme of your FINAL CALCULATED GRADE or FINAL ADJUSTED GRADE has been set to BENILDE SCHEME.

5. ENTER GRADES < FINAL ADJUSTED GRADE < FINAL GRADES < TRANSFER ALL

• Click on the arrow down beside FINAL CALCULATED GRADE or FINAL ADJUSTED GRADE.
• From the drop down panel beside FINAL GRADES, select TRANSFER ALL to transfer the grades from the FINAL CALCULATED GRADES column to the FINAL ADJUSTED GRADES.

6. ENTER GRADES < FINAL ADJUSTED GRADE < FINAL GRADES < RELEASE ALL

• Recheck grades for adjustment then RELEASE GRADES.

7. SISREP < LOGIN < MIDTERM GRADES < SECTION < GET GRADES FROM BRIGHTSPACE (BIGSKY)

• In another tab, log in to SISREP.
• Make sure you’re still logged into BigSky Benilde on the same browser.
• Once in a specific course / section page, scroll down the end of the list of students and click on GET GRADES FROM BRIGHTSPACE (BigSky).
• Click on CONTINUE and wait for the grades to successfully load.
