What is the status of my application?

We know you’re excited (and so are we) but we’re processing a lot of applications. But don’t worry, we’ll send the status of your application on the posted release date. 

How will I know my result?

For Benilde Deaf School, Benilde Senior High School, and Graduate studies, you will receive an email on your application status. Official emails from Benilde have an @benilde.edu.ph address (e.g. .admissions@benilde.edu.ph).

For Undergraduate applicants, log in to your account in Benilde Online Admission Application to view your application status on the posted release date.  

When will I know my result?

What is the meaning of my application status?

Accepted  

Congratulations! You are officially accepted to Benilde. Confirm right away so you can reserve your slot in your preferred program.

Conditionally Accepted 

You passed but, to be accepted, you need to submit an additional requirement. 

The School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management (SHRIM) offers degree programs described as high contact fields where human interaction and food handling are significant. All SHRIM applicants are required to submit a complete diagnostic Quantitative Hepatitis Titer profile (HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HAVIgM, and anti-HAVIgG). You can have this done in any reputable clinic or hospital of your choice. You can consult your physician for their recommended clinic or hospital. 

You may initially get into the program, but will later be asked to shift or change to a different program in Benilde based on your medical diagnostic results.

Wait-listed

You are not yet accepted to Benilde due to program quota limitations. If you want to make an appeal to get into the program:

1. Write a Letter of Intent; state your complete name, degree choice, and the reason why you want to get into the program.
2. Send it through email at admissions@benilde.edu.ph.
3. Set the subject to Letter of Intent. 

Only those who sent an email will know their final status.

Interview 

You are invited for an interview. You will receive an email with the interview schedule. We will send it to the email address you indicated in your application form.

Further Screening Assessment

Your application is subject to screening assessment and interview by the Program Chairperson, Counselor, Case Managers, Head, and/or Admissions Director. SDA program applicants are required to submit a digital portfolio of their artworks.

Not Accepted

Unfortunately, you didn’t meet the required grade to be accepted to Benilde. If you wish to file for reconsideration:

1. Download and fill out a Request for Reconsideration form. 
2. Send it through email at admissions@benilde.edu.ph.
3. Set the subject of your email to Request for Reconsideration.

Incomplete

The application requirements you submitted are not complete; hence it was not processed.

I didn’t get accepted, can I make an appeal to be admitted?

Yes. You can submit a reconsideration request for your application by filling out and emailing the Request for Reconsideration Form to admissions@benilde.edu.ph. The result will be based on the re-evaluation and the number of slots available in the program. We will email and update you on the status of your request.

Can I change the program I’ll enroll in?

Yes, if you want to change your program, fill out and email the Request for Change of Program form to admissions@benilde.edu.ph and set the subject to Request for Change of Program. 

This is only for accepted, conditionally accepted, and wait-listed applicants and will depend on the availability of slots. We will email and update you on the status of your request.
