Your Infonet account is used to access campus computers, networks, and systems. When you were onboarded to Benilde by the People & Organization Development Office (PODO), your Infonet account is already created. You may inquire with PODO or with your immediate head about your Infonet account. Don’t forget to change the initial password given.
Passwords expire every 90 days. This is part of the measures implemented for your account security. You will be reminded through your Benilde email in advance when it’s time to change your Infonet password.
Self-Service Password Reset allows you to easily change or reset your password. If you forgot your password, you can reset it using this facility as long as you have set your alternate email in the HRDbWeb.

While inside any of the Benilde campuses, you can connect your devices to CSB-WIFI wireless network. A wifi password has been set to protect our network from unauthorized users. This password is reset every term and is sent to your Benilde email.
Remote Access (VPN)
This service allows authorized associates to access the Student Information System (SIS), and Online Library subscriptions outside of the Benilde network. To access Benilde VPN, go to https://vpn.benilde.edu.ph
Benilde Email (BMail)
Benilde’s email platform is on Google. Email address convention is firstname.lastname@example.org. The password is the same as your Infonet account.

To access HRDbWeb, go to https://apps1.benilde.edu.ph/hrdbweb. Enter your Infonet account and password to log in. Make sure your Infonet account is active and your password is not expired.
To access the Student Information System (SIS) Faculty portal, go to https://grades.benilde.edu.ph. Enter your Infonet account and password to log in. Make sure your Infonet account is active and your password is not expired.
For Academic Advisers, go to https://apps.benilde.edu.ph/sisadmin
This site is accessible only in our internal campus network. To access it outside the Benilde network, make sure to connect to VPN first.
Benilde’s Learning Management System is known as BigSky. To access BigSky, go to https://bigsky.benilde.edu.ph. Enter your Infonet account and password to log in. Make sure your Infonet account is active and your password is not expired.
Aside from the shared computers in the faculty rooms, there is a computer laboratory in Taft campus exclusive for faculty use. There are other computer laboratories in the DLS-CSB campuses which may be reserved for accredited events/activities that require the use of computers.
Microsoft Office 365 is available for active Benilde associates for free. With Office 365, you will have access to the latest version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, and much more. You can install it on your personal computer and mobile devices free of charge.
To download O365 applications, go to https://o365.benilde.edu.ph and log in using your Infonet account followed by @benilde.edu.ph

Adobe Creative Cloud (AdobeCC)
AdobeCC is available for active Benilde faculty assigned to the accredited programs. If you are part of the accredited program, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access AdobeCC and download applications.
To access Adobe CC applications, log in at Adobe using your Benilde email account and select Company/School account when prompted. The password is the same as your Infonet account.
BeInformed (BeIN) Alerts
Receive official updates from Benilde via text messaging (SMS). Register your mobile number and opt-in to the BeIn service by accessing your profile in HRDbWeb.
