Whether you are a student, faculty, or associate, there are several software or applications that you can use simply by having an active Benilde Mail or active Infonet account.

Google Suite

The Benilde Mail is on the Google platform and is available for active students, faculty members, and associates. Benilde is subscribed to Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals Suite. It gives you access to Google apps such as Gmail, Google Meet, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Drive, etc.

To access the Google Workspace applications, sign in to https://www.google.com, click on the sign-in button on the upper right of the screen. That will bring you to the sign-in page. Log in using your Benilde Mail account.

Click on NEXT, this will bring you to the next screen which will ask for your password. By default, this will be the same as your INFONET password. Click on NEXT again. You are now logged into your Benilde Google account and can access all Google Apps in the suite.

Microsoft Suite

Benilde is subscribed to Office 365 A1 Suite. Members of the Benilde community who have an active Infonet account will be able to access Microsoft apps like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, OneDrive, and Teams.

OneDrive has a 1TB storage limit. To download Office 365 applications, go to https://o365.benilde.edu.ph and sign in using your Infonet account followed by @benilde.edu.ph. Password is your nominated Infonet password.

Adobe Creative Cloud

A subscription to Adobe Creative Cloud is available to students and select faculty members of SMIT-IEMC, SDEAS, and SDA programs. For students, the subscription cost per term is already included in your tuition fee.

Download your copy at https://www.adobe.com/sea and install the apps you want to use.  Adobe Creative Cloud includes applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, Audition, etc.

Another way is to open any application from Creative Cloud that you are going to use, such as Photoshop.  If you aren’t signed in yet, the sign-in window will appear.  Sign in as you would above.

Autodesk

Autodesk is another company that offers free software for education.  Autodesk includes applications such as AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Maya, etc.

Register for free at https://www.autodesk.com/education/students using your Benilde Mail account. You will be asked for proof of enrollment or affiliation to Benilde; simply submit your Benilde ID as proof. Confirmation only takes minutes! You will then be able to access the Autodesk applications you need.

Canva

Canva is already free, to begin with. Go to https://www.canva.com/education and register using your Benilde Mail account to have access to pro features. You can download the Canva application (for Windows, Mac, Android, or iOS) or you can work on projects on the browser. Using the education account will remove watermarks from your project as well.
