For students who need financial assistance, the Kapitbahay Grant (KBG) is an ideal scholarship to explore. The KBG is a financial grant that considers both your academic performance and economic needs. It grants a full scholarship for tuition and fees, with a monthly allowance.
To qualify, you must meet the following criteria:
- You are a Filipino citizen and an incoming first-year undergraduate applicant.
- You have an active admission application and passed the Benilde Entrance Exam (BEE).
- You were accepted to Benilde in any of the degree programs under the School of Diplomacy and Governance, School of Hotel, Restaurant, and Institution Management, School of Management and Information Technology, School of Multidisciplinary Studies, and School of Deaf Education and Applied Studies (BSLI).
- You finished Grades 7 to Grade 11 with a Grade Point Average of at least 85% and with no grade lower than 80% at any grade level.
- You have graduated from Senior High School.
- You need financial assistance.
- You have no immediate family member who has already availed of any of Benilde’s financial grants.
- You are a resident of a recognized and accredited partner community within the vicinity of Benilde Manila.
