Track your requests, view your community contributions, review the posts you follow, and edit your profile on the Helpdesk website. Simply sign in with your email address to enjoy the latest features.
On the Helpdesk website homepage, click your profile icon in the upper-right corner. From the drop-down menu, choose from the following sections:
- Profile - View your activity and edit your details. You can change your profile photo and add a bio, too!
- Requests - Your filed tickets and requested services appear here. You can also view requests you’ve been looped into!
- Contributions - Get an overview of your posts and comments in community topics. You can earn badges to feature on your profile by engaging with the community!
- Subscriptions - Quickly access a list of the articles and community posts you follow. You can also unfollow them from here!
Don’t forget to click Sign out when accessing your account on a public or shared device.
