Computer Classroom Usage Policy

  1. Computers are to be used for educational purposes only during class time.
  2. Users must log off their Infonet account after use. Each user is accountable for their username and password.
  3. Only authorized Center for Institutional Helpdesk - Technical Support and Services (CIH-TSS) personnel are allowed to alter the setting/configuration of the computers and facilities.
  4. Installation of new equipment is not permitted without prior approval and assistance from CIH-TSS.
  5. Accessing pornographic, violent, and other inappropriate content is strictly prohibited.
  6. CIH-TSS performs regular maintenance on the computer units inside the computer laboratories. Users must save their files in their respective cloud or personal storage. CIH-TSS will not be responsible for any data loss.
  7. Food and drinks are not allowed near computers at any time.
  8. Do not damage, deface, lose, or misuse hardware, software, or accessories.
  9. Do not attempt to repair or modify hardware or settings without permission.
