In preparation for the health and safety of the Benildean Students and Associates who go out for events like local and international tours, field trips, retreats, or team building, they can borrow a first-aid kit from the Center for Health and Medical Services.
To request this, email clinic@benilde.edu.ph at least 7 working days before the event. Indicate the details of your request, such as the name and short description of the event, event date, location, and expected number of attendees. You’ll receive an email from the clinic once the kit is ready for pick-up.
To return the E-Kit, fill out the Liquidation Form and indicate the number of medicines and supplies used. This should be submitted to the Nurse on Duty.
