If you’re a current Benilde employee, you can download a copy of your BIR Form 2316 through Traverse. Follow these steps:
The forms available in Traverse are from the year 2025 onwards.
- Log in to your account in Traverse.
- Under Employee Service, click Payroll and choose List of Reports.
- Click BIR 2316 Sep 2021 ENCS.
- Click the drop-down menu for Transaction No. and choose the file corresponding to the calendar year you need (for example, 00000059 - 2025 - DE LA SALLE COLLEGE OF SAINT BENILDE).
- Click Preview.
- Click Export (diskette icon), then click PDF. This will download the form on your device.
If you can no longer access Traverse, submit a ticket.
Consultants and Guest Lecturers won’t receive a BIR Form 2316. You will receive your BIR Form 2307 upon request for your income tax filing. You can do this by submitting a ticket.
