To request a recommendation from the Benilde Well-Being Center, fill out the BWC Recommendation Request Form. If the school you are transferring to or applying to has a designated recommendation form, upload it in the online form. Part of the requirements for requesting a recommendation is uploading a copy of your grades. You can get this by viewing your grades in the Student Information System during the grades viewing schedule or by filling out the BDS & BSHS Request for Documents or College Request for Documents form. The counselor will interview you before giving a recommendation.
Request for recommendation from the Counselor should be made at least 5 working days before the deadline for submission to the requesting party.
