Part of your requirements as a frosh or transferee in Benilde is to have your initial interview with the Benilde Well-Being Center during your first year of stay in the College. This will let your assigned counselor get to know you and you, on the other hand, will get to be more aware of your psychological well-being and set goals for your stay in Benilde.
Before setting an interview schedule, answer the following forms:
- Student Personal Information (SPIF) 1
- Student Personal Information (SPIF) 2
- Life History Questionnaire (LHQ)
- Psychological Well-Being Scale (PWBS)
Once you have completed answering these forms, set your schedule by filling out the BWC Appointment Initial Interview Request Form. BWC will get in touch with you for your interview schedule.
Log in to your Benilde Google Workspace account to access the forms. The initial interview is required for all students.
