As part of the requirements by the Office of the Registrar when you apply for a Leave of Absence (LOA) or as a Returnee (for AWOL and LOA), or when you request Transfer Credentials, is to have an interview with BWC to secure your clearance. Fill out the BWC Online Clearance Request Form to schedule an interview appointment.
Set the type of request to:
- Returnee if you were on LOA or on absence without leave and are applying to return to Benilde
- LOA if you are planning to apply for LOA for the upcoming term
- Transfer Credential if you are processing your clearance to transfer to another school
BWC will get in touch with you for your interview schedule. The counselor will sign your form after your interview.
