If you have a question, or feedback, or need to contact your class teacher regarding course concerns, follow these steps to reach out to them through BigSky.
- From the BigSky homepage, click on the course where you want to contact your teacher.
- On the Navigation Bar, select User > Classlist.
- Find your teacher’s name in the class list. Your teacher is the one whose role is labeled as Instructor.
- Click the drop-down arrow beside your teacher’s name and click Send Email and start writing your message.
- Alternatively, you can tick the checkbox beside their name and click the Email button to send an email or Page if you want to send them a direct message.
If you already know your teacher’s email address, you can directly email them through Bmail or from BigSky, click Communication > Email and indicate their email address.
