As a teacher, managing recurring subjects each term can be time-consuming. Utilize the Import/Export/Copy Components tool to efficiently export specific courses or course components, back them up, and seamlessly transfer them to newly assigned courses.
- Navigate to the BigSky homepage and select the course or Sandbox from which you wish to export components.
- On the course homepage, click on the gear icon located in the top right corner beside your name.
- Under Organization Related, choose Import/Export/Copy Components.
- You’ll be redirected to the options page, where you can select Export Brightspace Package.
- After selection, click Start.
- The next page will display the Course Material page, allowing you to choose the components for export. Click Continue.
- Review the selected components on the following page and confirm by clicking the Export button.
- Once the export begins, you’ll be redirected to a confirmation page. Click Done.
- Upon receiving a notification in Update alerts that the export is complete, click on the message.
- You can now download the exported Zip package.
