Whether you need to send brief updates or reminders about important course activities, pager messages allow you to connect with ease. Follow these steps to send pager messages to students:
- From the BigSky homepage, click the course of where the students you will message belong to.
- On the Navigation Bar, click on User > Classlist. You can filter the list by All, Students, Instructor, Coordinator, Guest Student, Mentor, and Observer.
- Look for the name of the students or type it in the search box.
- Tick on the check boxes for those you wish to communicate with, and click on the Page button.
- The Compose New Message will pop up as a new window.
- Write your message in the provided text box.
- Click Send.
Students can receive message notifications through the Brightspace Pulse App, ensuring they are immediately and conveniently alerted to new pager messages.
