If you are an undergraduate program applicant who was accepted or wait-listed and you want to change the program you’ll enroll in, download and fill out the Change of Program form. Email this to admissions@benilde.edu.ph and set the email subject to Request for Change of Program.
Senior High Student applicants can email admissions@benilde.edu.ph if they wish to change their chosen track. Set the email subject to Request for Change of SHS Track.
The Benilde Admissions Team will get in touch with you regarding your request. Change of program or track is subject to slot availability.
The request for a change of program is only for new applicants. Current Benildean students can apply to shift. If you have already paid the confirmation fee and confirmed your slot, you can no longer request to change your program.
