To confirm your scholarship slot, accepted Benilde Senior High School and First Year College students are requested to submit the following documents to the Scholarships and Grants Unit (SGU) at the Admissions Extension Office, Ground Floor, 2544 Taft Avenue (near the back gate):
Required Documents:
Printed copy of your Notice of Admission (NOA)
Proof of acceptance to your degree program; available in the application portal or your email
Printed copy of your Notice of Scholarship Acceptance
Available in the application portal or your email
Printed copy of your Reservation Fee Payment Confirmation
Proof of payment or confirmation email
Upon submission, the SGU will provide the Conforme Scholarship Acceptance Letter and other required forms.
Please make sure that the following forms are duly accomplished and submitted in hard copy to the SGU:
Conforme Scholarship Acceptance Letter
Scholars Data Privacy Consent Form
Scholars Personal Information Form
Failure to confirm your scholarship slot will result in forfeiture of your scholarship. Vacated slots will be offered to waitlisted applicants.
