In response to the evolving local and global developments and the growing need for accessible, real-time student support, the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde, through the Center for Institutional Helpdesk (CIH), in collaboration with the Information Systems and Technology Office, has established a structured Virtual Office via Zoom. Through publicly accessible Zoom meeting links, customers can receive fast, accountable, and dedicated one-on-one assistance for concerns related to their application, scholarship, and enrollment — all from the comfort of their own device.
The Virtual Office provides a real-time, face-to-face option for concerns that are better handled through direct conversation. For general inquiries, submitting a ticket remains the recommended approach.
How to Join the Benilde Virtual Office
- Submit a ticket at https://helpdesk.benilde.edu.ph/hc/en-us/requests/new and select Virtual Office as your concern.
- Please take note of your ticket number, as the virtual office agent will require it, and it will serve as your queue number in the Zoom waiting room.
- Go to the Helpdesk Website and click on the Benilde Virtual Directory.
- Click the Center for Institutional Helpdesk >> Join the Virtual Office and log in to Zoom.us to enter the virtual queue.
