Confirm Your Slot
Once accepted, you can secure your slot in the program you’ve applied for by following the confirmation process. Confirmation is the process of securing your slot in the degree program. The reservation is on a first-come, first-served basis. Follow these steps to do this:
If you plan to request a Change of Program/Track, do this before paying the Reservation Fee. Once you have paid this, you can no longer change your program.
- Pay the Php 5,000.00 non-refundable reservation fee. Log in to the Benilde Application Portal to do this.
- You can pay the reservation fee on or before the deadline specified in your Notice of Admission (NOA). Not being able to do this may mean losing your slot in the program you got accepted into. The reservation fee is not refundable and will be deducted from your enrollment fee.
The Notice of Admission needs to be printed as part of the enrollment requirements.
- Submit the original hard copy of the enrollment requirements to the Registrar’s Office.
You can submit the original physical documents of your enrollment requirements to the Registrar's Office from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM.

- Upload scanned copies of your Affidavit of Undertaking and Enrollment Contract through the Requirements Submission Form for temporary SER processing. Original copies are still required and must be submitted within the specified schedule.
- For ETEEAP applicants, you can submit your requirements to the ETEEAP Office from Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM - 4:00 PM.
- Once your confirmation is processed, you will receive an email to proceed with enrollment along with the enrollment guidelines. This will be sent from December 1, 2025, onwards.
Document requirements should be submitted in person. Requirements submitted through courier will not be accepted.
