Benilde has implemented a content retention policy for Adobe Creative Cloud inactive user accounts, effective February 23, 2026. You’re affected by this policy if you no longer have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription through Benilde.
Policy Details
- Content owned by inactive Adobe user accounts will be retained for 90 days after subscription removal.
- After this period, all associated content will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
In line with this, do the following:
- If you will be on extended leave or anticipate account inactivity, back up or transfer important files to prevent data loss.
- For teams managing shared or critical Adobe assets, review ownership and storage arrangements to prevent unintended data loss.
- Even if you currently have an active Adobe Creative Cloud subscription through Benilde, keep backup copies of your files on your local device to ensure continued access after graduation or when your engagement with Benilde ends.
