Penalties are subject to change, so it’s important to stay informed. To determine when penalties begin, count 1 week from the day after the due date. Penalties apply if you enroll late or fail to pay your tuition fees on time. These measures are designed to ensure compliance with policies and deadlines.
For online payments, online banking, and over-the-counter transactions, make your payments during office hours (8 AM to 5 PM). Checks should be submitted before 11 AM or 12 PM. Payments made outside these times will incur penalty fees.
Late registration fee
Tuition and fees must be paid before classes start. If payment is made late, a late registration fee will be applied:
- Php 500.00 for payments made within the first week of classes
- Php 1,000.00 for payments made within the second week
Late payment of tuition fee balance
If you do not pay your balance by the due date, you may complete the current term but will be ineligible to enroll for the next trimester. A surcharge of Php 250.00 to Php 500.00 will be applied for every missed due date.
Non-enlistment or failure to pre-enroll
A deterrent fee of Php 3,600.00 will be charged if you miss the enlistment or pre-enrollment period. This fee emphasizes the importance of adhering to enrollment procedures.
In addition to penalty fees, other consequences may apply. For example, failure to pay for enrollment can lead to BigSky deactivation and invalidation of your ID.
