If you’re a student of Benilde Senior High School, Benilde Deaf School, or SPaCE, follow these steps to access MyCamu and pay your fees:
Access MyCamu
- Go to MyCamu.
- In the institution field, enter De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde.
- From the drop-down menu, select De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde if you’re an SHS or BDS student, or De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde - SPaCE if you’re a SPaCE student.
- Enter your username and password, then click Login.
- Alternatively, click Continue with Google and log in with your Bmail credentials.
- Once logged in, you will see the MyCamu home screen.
If you have trouble logging in, reset your password using the Forgot Password? link on the login page.
Pay Tuition and Fees
These instructions apply only to tuition and fees.
- Click Billing on the left-hand menu.
- The amount due will be displayed under the Current tab.
- Choose between making a full payment or selecting a payment scheme.
Full payment
- Click Pay Now next to the amount due.
- On the payment screen, click Pay Now to proceed.
Payment scheme
- Select from the available options in the drop-down list. For SHS and BDS, you can pay monthly or per trimester. For SPaCE, choose the installment plan, with 50% of the module fee due by the first session, and the remaining balance due by the second session.
- Click the Payment Scheme button.
- Choose your preferred payment scheme from the drop-down list.
- Review the payment details and schedule, then scroll down and click Finalize & Proceed.
- Click Proceed.
- A “Success! Payment scheme added successfully.” message will appear. Click Pay Now.
- Ensure the first installment is checked, then click Pay Now.
Pay through debit/credit card
- Select Pay Through Debit/Credit Cards and click Continue to be redirected to the Cybersource payment gateway.
- Enter the required Billing Information, then click Next.
- Fill in the Payment Details, then click Next.
Pay through other payment channels
- Select Pay Through Other Payment Channels and click Continue to be redirected to the Dragonpay payment gateway.
- Choose your preferred payment source, agree to the Terms and Conditions, and click Select to proceed.
- Click Send Instructions via Email/Mobile.
- You will be redirected back to MyCamu, showing a Pending! message.
- Check your email for payment instructions from Dragonpay. If you don’t see it, check your Spam folder.
Before opening any links, verify that the sender is from Dragonpay (@dragonpay.ph) to avoid phishing or spam. Confirm the sender’s email address to ensure it is legitimate.
- Follow the instructions in the email to complete the payment.
- After payment, return to the MyCamu billing screen, where the status will change to Payment in Progress.
If you encounter issues or errors about insufficient details, check that all information on your MyCamu profile is complete and accurate. Update any outdated information by contacting Helpdesk.
Payment Confirmation
To verify that your transaction was successful, refer to the payment confirmation. This is not an Official Receipt but confirms the transaction's success.
- Shortly after payment, click the Reload button on your browser or press F5 to refresh the page.
- Once a fee is confirmed as paid, the billing item will disappear, and the screen will show No bill records found!.
- To view the payment confirmation, click Payment Info, then View Transactions.
- Under the Receipts tab, click the download icon, then Save.
- Open the downloaded file in any PDF viewer to view the Payment Confirmation.Review the payment details and click Pay.
- A “Success!” message will confirm your payment.
- You will be redirected back to the MyCamu Billing page, where “Payment in Progress” will be displayed under the Status tab.
You will receive your official receipt in 1 to 2 working days through email. Students with activated Benilde Google Workspace accounts will receive this in their Bmail. If you didn't receive this, you can request it by answering the OR Request form. All official payments for Benilde transactions should be made through the Finance Office.
