If you’re an associate and you want to disseminate important information to Benildean students and faculty, you can connect with them by requesting an online posting in BigSky. Online posts allow you to communicate information, announcements, and updates through Benilde’s official learning management system. Follow these steps to do this:
-
Determine the platform where you want to post your materials and who will see them
- BigSky Benilde - Official Benilde Learning Management System (Benilde Manila Students and Faculty and Benilde Antipolo Students and Faculty)
- BigSky Benilde Facebook Page
- BigSky Benilde Instagram Page
- EdTech Benilde Facebook Group (Faculty and Associates)
- Benilde Student Online Learning Support Community (BSOLSC) Facebook Group (Students)
- BSOLSC Instagram Page (Students)
-
Make sure your content is aligned with the acceptable topics.

You can rename and edit the template, choose or upload a new photo, and change text content. Do not change the font style or remove the design elements.
- Get approval from the Center for Institutional Communications (CIC) by filling out the Poster Clearance Request form.
- Once approved, submit your poster for CET review in the Individual Online Posting Request form (the only posting channel for this is BigSky) or Series Online Posting Request form.
- Check if your request has been posted on the dates you selected.
If you have multiple materials covering different topics and layouts that you want to post on the same platforms, send them as one submission in the Series Online Posting Request form.
CET will get in touch with you should there be additional requirements for your request. If you have questions or concerns regarding your submitted request, email edtech@benilde.edu.ph.
