Read these guidelines if you’re an incoming first-year college student who wants to apply to a Benilde Undergraduate program for AY 2025-2026. Check the Application Schedule to know if applications are ongoing.
Classes start on May 7, 2026 for the third term. Note that the following programs are closed for application:
- Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management
- Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management
- Bachelor of Arts in Animation
- Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia Arts
- Bachelor of Arts in Film
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture
- Bachelor of Science in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity
- Bachelor in Applied Deaf Studies
Who can apply?
- Grade 12 students or Senior High School graduates who have not yet enrolled in tertiary education in the Philippines or abroad.
- Filipino students who passed the Bureau Alternative Learning System (BALS or ALS) Test
- International and dual citizens, including:
- International students currently enrolled or who have graduated from Philippine high schools
- Permanent residents with Alien Certificate of Registration
- Dual citizen who declares Filipino citizenship
- Credits earned from a CHED-recognized college degree program are eligible for possible transfer for applicants with international credentials.
For International Student Applicants
- At the time of application, the applicant must have a valid passport with a corresponding tourist visa. SSP or tourist visa holders can only enroll in the following term once accepted for visa conversion processing.
- DLS-CSB will assist in processing the student visas for those accepted into Benilde.
- Documents submitted to the Center for Admissions, Scholarships, and Grants outside the Philippines must be authenticated or apostille-stamped by the Philippine Foreign Service Post. Documents in a non-English language must include an English translation.
- Accepted international students are required to pay the International Student Fee.
For Applicants with Specific Education Needs
De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde aims to provide educational opportunities for diversely gifted learners, including applicants with specific education needs (SEN). The final acceptance or non-acceptance of SEN applicants is based on the merits of their application and the ability of the College to provide services for their conditions.
SEN applicants refer to those who have a physical disability (e.g., heart condition, visual/hearing impairment), specific learning needs (e.g., dyslexia, ADHD, ASD), or a psychological/mental health condition that affected schooling before/or may affect schooling at Benilde.
SEN applicants are advised to apply earlier to avoid delays in application processing.
If this is not disclosed during the application, the College is not obliged to provide the applicant with any support or reasonable accommodation regarding the condition and will be treated as a regular applicant/student.
How do I apply?
Prepare the Requirements
Prepare and accomplish the following requirements in PDF format:
- PSA Birth Certificate (for Filipino applicants) or Biopage of a valid passport (for International applicants)
- Secondary Scholastic Record, accomplished and signed by the school registrar
- Applicant Health, Well-Being, & Learning Disclosure (AHWLD) Form
- Recent 2x2 colored photo in JPEG or PNG format (taken within the last 6 months)
Additional requirements may be required upon evaluation.
Create an Account
- Go to the Benilde Application Portal.
- Click Create an account.
- Read the Data Privacy Policy. If you agree to the terms, click I agree.
- Fill out the form.
- For the Academic Year & Term, choose 2025-2026 - 3rd Term.
- For Application Type, choose New - First Year.
- For Subclass:
- If you’re applying for the Bachelor in Applied Deaf Studies, choose Deaf.
- If you’re applying for the BASAP grant, choose BASAP.
- For all other programs, choose Regular.
- Click Next and answer the remaining fields.
- For Email, use your personal email address and make sure it’s active and valid. Emails associated with a school or company are usually deactivated when you’re no longer enrolled or connected to the company. If you use this, you might miss out on email notifications and updates on your application status.
- A pop-up window will show once your account is created.
- Check your email to complete your account creation. Click the Setup Account button and set your Benilde Application Portal password.
- Once this is successful, log in to your account. Your username is the email address you used to register.
When filling out the online form, you will list 3 degree programs that you wish to apply to. The Admissions Committee will assess you based on your first choice, and if you're accepted, they will not evaluate your qualifications for your second and third choices. If you're accepted into your second choice, it means that you did not qualify for your first choice. Once accepted, confirm and enroll immediately to secure your spot. Changes to the accepted program are not allowed once confirmed.
Submit your Application
- Complete your application form.
- For Last School Attended, click Create New to add your school information. You need to add your school information for Junior High School, Grade 7 to Grade 10, and Senior High School, Grade 11 and Grade 12.
- Upload your Applicant Photo. Your photo should be with a white background and taken within the last 6 months. Only JPEG and PNG files with a maximum file size of 2MB can be uploaded.
- For family information, type NA for required fields that do not apply to you.
- For the Contact Person in Case of Emergency, the Email indicated should not be the same as your registered email address.
- Upload your requirements. Your requirements should be in PDF format with a maximum file size of 5MB each.
- Review your application information. Ensure that all information is correct. If not, click Previous to edit it. Once you submit this, you can no longer edit the form.
- Once you’re done, click Submit Application.
- After submitting, you’ll receive an email notification confirming it. Take note of your Application Number.
Updates in your online application form are automatically saved. You can go back and edit it at any time as long as you haven’t submitted it. After submitting your application, you will no longer be able to access your account in the Benilde Application Portal and edit the form. If you need to do this, submit a ticket.
Pay Application Fee
After submitting your application, you’ll receive an email notification. Click the link indicated in the email to proceed with payment. Follow these steps:
- Click Click to pay application fee.

The amount reflected will be based on your application information:
- Php 800.00 for Filipino or Dual Citizen with a valid Philippine Passport
- Php 3,000.00 for International applicants
- Php 200.00 for Deaf and BASAP applicants
- Tick the checkbox beside Transaction No and click Proceed.
- Choose if you want to pay through Dragonpay or Mastercard/Visa.
- Click Payment, then Proceed to process your payment.
- You’ll receive an email notification once your payment is confirmed.
The application fee is non-refundable.
Choose your BEE Schedule
Once your payment is confirmed, you can choose your BEE schedule. Follow these steps:
- Click the link in the email notification sent to you.
- Click Select Examination Schedule and choose your preferred BEE schedule.
- Click Print Permit and save your copy of your BEE Entrance Exam Permit. You will use this once you take the exam.
Take BEE
You’ll get a confirmation email for your Benilde Entrance Exam (BEE) schedule. Take the BEE pretest using the account and link sent to your email to familiarize yourself with the website and test environment. Take BEE on the confirmed schedule.
Become a Benildean
You’ll receive your results based on the announced application results schedule via email. Applicants who will undergo additional screenings, like interviews and auditions, may receive their results a little later as applications are carefully reviewed.
You’ll receive an email notification every time there’s an update on your online application. Check your inbox and spam folder for application updates. Official Benilde emails are sent with an @benilde.edu.ph email address. If you can no longer access your email or if you’re not receiving any email notifications, submit a ticket.
