Request BIR Form 2316

If you’re a current Benilde employee, you can download a copy of your BIR Form 2316 through Traverse. Follow these steps:

The forms available in Traverse are from the year 2025 onwards.

1. Log in to your account in Traverse.
2. Under Employee Service, click Payroll and choose List of Reports.
3. Click BIR 2316 Sep 2021 ENCS.
4. Click the drop-down menu for Transaction No. and choose the file corresponding to the calendar year you need (for example, 00000059 - 2025 - DE LA SALLE COLLEGE OF SAINT BENILDE).
5. Click Preview.
6. Click Export (diskette icon), then click PDF. This will download the form on your device.

If you can no longer access Traverse, submit a ticket.

Consultants and Guest Lecturers won’t receive a BIR Form 2316. You will receive your BIR Form 2307 upon request for your income tax filing. You can do this by submitting a ticket.
