Starting June 10, 2025, payslips will no longer be sent through BMail. You can view your payslips in Traverse.
Benilde now uses Traverse as its official payroll system. Traverse automates salary computation, tax withholding, government contributions, and other payroll-related processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
To view your payslip, follow these steps:
- Log in to your account in Traverse.
- Under Employee Service, click PAYROLL > Payroll Inquiry.
- The page will display your Payroll Information, Year to Date Total, and Payroll Summary.
- To view your payslip for a specific pay period, click Pay Date and choose your preferred date.
- Click Pay Slip if you want to view a printable version of it.
- To download a PDF copy of your payslip, click Export (diskette icon) > PDF.

The printable payslip shows in a pop-up window. You will need to allow pop-ups to see this. The payslip view adjusts based on your device and screen resolution.
