Read these guidelines if you’re a transferee or second-degree taker who wants to apply to a Benilde Undergraduate program. Check the Admission Schedule to know if applications are ongoing. To know which of the courses you have previously taken will be credited, read the course crediting policies.
BEE is waived for 2nd-term and 3rd-term AY 2024-2025 applicants. You will be evaluated based on the requirements you submitted and additional screening requirements. Note that the following programs are already closed for application:

Who can apply?
- Filipino students who wish to transfer to DLS-CSB after enrolling in other colleges or universities
- Second-degree takers who wish to pursue another bachelor’s degree at DLS-CSB
- Credits earned from a CHED-recognized college degree program are eligible for possible transfer for applicants with international credentials.
For International Student Applicants
- At the time of application, the applicant must have a valid passport with a corresponding tourist visa. SSP or tourist visa holders can only enroll in the following term once accepted for visa conversion processing.
- DLS-CSB will assist in processing the student visas for those accepted into Benilde.
- Documents submitted to the Center for Admissions outside the Philippines must be authenticated or apostille stamped by the Philippine Foreign Service Post. Documents in non-English language must include an English translation.
- Accepted international students are required to pay the International Student Fee.
- Must submit one of the following English-language proficiency exams: TOEFL or IELTS. Students do not need to submit proof of English-language proficiency if they meet one of the following exemptions:
- English is your native language.
- You have studied in an English-based curriculum for two or more years.
- You are from a territorial entity where English is an official language.
- In compliance with the BID permit and related government issuances, international students cannot apply to the following programs:
- Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts Management
- Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management with specialization in Tourism Creations, Tourism Entrepreneurship, or Tourism Relations
- Bachelor of Textile Design
- Bachelor in Holistic Disciplines
- Bachelor of Fine Arts in Culture-Based Arts
- Bachelor in Sign Language Interpretation
- Bachelor of Science in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship
- Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity
- Benilde Senior High School (STEM)
- International students are not qualified for PRC examinations. They will only be allowed to take PRC examinations if there is proof of reciprocity between the Philippines and the country of the international student. Those with dual citizenship or recognized Filipino citizens will be allowed to take the exam upon presentation of an ID Certificate from the Bureau of Immigration, a Certificate of Oath of Allegiance, and a Certificate of Dual Citizen/Certificate of Recognition as Filipino Citizen (PRC Resolution No.2012-668 dated June 21, 2012).
The applicant may be invited for a validating interview to assess their English proficiency.
For Applicants with Specific Education Needs
De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde aims to provide educational opportunities for diversely gifted learners including applicants with specific education needs (SEN). The final acceptance or non-acceptance of SEN applicants is based on the merits of their application and the ability of the College to provide services for their conditions.
SEN applicants refer to those who have a physical disability (e.g. heart condition, visual/hearing impairment), specific learning needs (e.g. dyslexia, ADHD, ASD), or psychological/mental health condition that affected schooling before/or may affect schooling at Benilde.
SEN applicants are advised to apply earlier to avoid delays in application processing.
If this is not disclosed during the application, the College is not obliged to provide the applicant with any support or reasonable accommodation about the condition and will be treated as a regular applicant/student.
How do I apply?
Prepare the requirements
Prepare and accomplish the following document requirements in PDF format: :
- PSA Birth Certificate (for Filipino applicants) or valid passport, or family register (for international applicants)
- Benilde Recommendation Form accomplished and signed by a school representative (Guidance Counselor, Principal)
- Unofficial Transcript of Records with final/computed GWA/GPA (if the GWA/GPA is not reflected in the TOR, please secure a certification with the GWA/GPA from your Registrar), remarks for evaluation purposes, and grading system or Transcript of Records (TOR) officially translated in English and duly authenticated or apostille stamped by the Philippine Foreign Service Post (PFSP) of the school’s country of origin (applicable to Filipino and international student applicants who studied in schools overseas.)
- Developmental History Form (for SEN applicants) or SEN/PEN Waiver (for other applicants)
- Certificate of Indigency and school certification that the applicant belongs to the Top 10% of the graduating class (for applicants eligible based on RA No. 120006 Free College Entrance Exam Act)
Email the following additional requirements to centerforadmissions@benilde.edu.ph:
- Filled out Transferee Pre-Application Questionnaire
- Application letter stating the reason(s) for taking a second-degree program (for second-degree taker)

International Student Applicants and Dual Citizens:
- Valid Passport – Bio page and stamp of latest arrival page
- Valid Alien Certificate of Registration Identification Card (ACR I-Card)
- Valid Identification Card for SIRV, SRRV, and PRA Holders
- Identification Certificate or Certificate of Recognition for Dual Citizens & Non-Native born
Accepted applicants will be required to submit a Transfer Credential or Honorable Dismissal upon confirmation as part of the enrollment requirements.
Create an account
- Go to the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Application Portal.
- Click Create an account.
- Type your email address. The email address you used will be your username on the website.
- Click Register.
- You’ll receive an email confirming your pre-registration. Click on the link included in the email to complete your registration. If the email is not in your Inbox, check the Spam folder. The link is only valid for 24 hours. Beyond that, you have to pre-register again.

Type a password for your account. You will use this password every time you log in to the website. Your password should have at least:
- 8 characters
- One uppercase letter (A, B, C)
- One lowercase letter (a,b,c)
- One numeric character (1,2,3)
- One special character (@,#,!)
- Click Save.
- Click Return to Login.
- Log in to your account. Type your username (email address) and password.
- Click Sign in.
Use your personal email address and make sure it’s active and valid. Emails associated with a school or company are usually deactivated when you’re no longer enrolled or connected to the company. If you use this, you might not be able to access your account.
Answer the Online Application Form
- Log in to your account on the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Application Portal.
- Click Apply.
- Choose 2024-2025 Undergraduate Transfer.
- Click Start.
- Fill out the form. Click Save to store your progress.
- Click the Submit button once you have completed the form and checked all your responses. You can no longer edit your answers when you click this.
When filling out the online form, you will list down 3 degree programs that you wish to apply to. The Admissions Committee will assess you based on your first choice, and if you're accepted, they will not evaluate your qualifications for your second and third choices. If you're accepted into your second choice, it means that you did not qualify for your first choice. Once accepted, confirm and enroll immediately to secure your spot. Changes to the accepted program are not allowed once confirmed.
Pay Application Fee
After submitting your application, pay the non-refundable admission processing fee to your preferred Admissions Payment Channel. Take a screenshot or photo of the transaction slip and upload it to the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Application Portal.
- Php 800.00 for Filipino or Dual Citizen with a valid Philippine Passport
- Php 3,000.00 for International applicants
If you’re eligible based on RA No.120006 Free College Entrance Exam Act, your admission processing fee is waived.
The 12-digit application number can be found above your photo in the application form. This will be your reference number in paying the admission fee.
Become a Benildean
Check your results in the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde Application Portal after 15 working days. If you’re accepted, confirm by paying the reservation fee. This will be deducted from the total tuition and fees upon enrollment. You will receive separate guidelines for confirmation and enrollment.
