You can report cheating incidents or academic dishonesty by answering the Filing of Cheating Incident form. For faculty, note that as stated in the Undergraduate Student Handbook Section 7.8.5., you must secure a written admission from the student that they cheated and report the incident within 5 working days of knowing it. SDEAS students may submit this through recorded video and transcription.
If the student denies the allegation, you can file a written complaint to CRD together with the evidence or written testimony of witnesses. You will be uploading this in the online form.
