Everyone in the Benildean community can report offenses or Student Handbook violations committed by students. Associates can get the identity of student/s caught committing/having committed an offense. Students who refuse to present their ID shall be considered an aggravating circumstance.
To formally file your complaint, fill out the Filing of Complaint/Reporting an Incident form. Narrate what happened and include evidence to support your claim in a document. Include the name of the person involved, date, time, and place when the incident happened. You will upload this in the form. The Center for Restorative Discipline will get in touch with you regarding this. You can also visit CRD in the following locations:
- Taft Campus: D305
- AKIC Campus: I902
- D+A Campus: A918
- The Atrium@Benilde: Mezzanine
If a victim does not file a complaint or a suspected perpetrator does not admit to a violation, Benildeans who know about the offense may file the complaint. The CRD Director may also initiate an investigation and file a complaint on behalf of the College.
