If there is an incident you want to report or a complaint you intend to file against a Benildean, follow the guidelines below. Any member of the Benildean community or outsider may file a complaint/report an incident.
Undergraduate
Complaints against undergraduate students should be filed with the Center for Restorative Discipline. Fill out the Filing of Complaint/Reporting an Incident form to formally file your complaint. Sign in to your Google account to access the form. Narrate what happened and include evidence to support your claim. Indicate the date, time, and place when it happened. You should report this within 5 school days from the date of the incident. You can also visit the CRD office in the following locations to report it:
- Taft Campus: D305
- AKIC Campus: I902
- D+A Campus: A918
- The Atrium@Benilde: 3rd Floor
If you’re filing a complaint against Benildean alumni, directly report it to the authorities since Benilde policies and regulations only cover existing students/those who haven’t graduated yet.
Associates
- Students filing a grievance against an associate are encouraged to talk to the Central Student Government (CSG) and the Center for Student Life (CSL) for guidance and information.

As a guideline, report complaints to the associate's immediate superior:
- Grievance against faculty shall be filed with the Program Chairperson
- Grievance against the program chair/coordinator shall be filed with the Dean
- Grievance against the Dean shall be filed to the Vice Chancellor for Academics
- Grievance against the Vice-Chancellor/Vice President shall be filed with the Chancellor/President.
- Grievance against the Chancellor shall be filed with the President.
- Grievance against the President shall be filed with the Chair of the Board of Trustees.

Safe Spaces Act Violation or Sexual Harassment
You may report incidents of gender-based sexual harassment to the Center for Restorative Discipline through the Filing of Complaint/Reporting an Incident form for reporting students or to PODO at podohelpdesk@benilde.edu.ph for reporting associates/employees.
