Follow these steps to encode the midterm or final grades of your students. Grades can be viewed and submitted based on the schedule set by the Office of the Registrar in the calendar of activities.
- Log in to the Grades Management System using your Infonet account. If you’re having a difficult time viewing the website, try switching your browser to Mozilla Firefox.
- Click System Parameters and choose the current Term and School Year.
- Click Save.
- Under Grades, choose if you will encode the midterm or final grades by clicking Midterm Grading Sheet or Final Grading Sheet.
- It will show all the courses or sections you are currently handling. Click on a Course Code.
- Encode each student's grade by clicking on the drop-down menu and choosing their grade. If you have already computed the grades in BigSky, click Get Grades from BigSky.
- Click Save to store any progress you made. This means that you can still change the grades you encoded, but it will already be visible to your students.
- Once done, double-check the grades and click Submit to Registrar. You can no longer edit your grading sheet once you click this.
- Click Print to print your grading sheet or save a PDF copy on your device.
- Click Back to go back to the main page and grade the other courses.
Make sure that you show the grades and computation to your students before submitting them. If you made a mistake and the grade has already been submitted, you’ll have to submit a Change of Grade form to your department.
